👥 Manage Patient Queue

Open Staff Dashboard
Go to: portal/staff/index.html

View Waiting Patients
See all patients waiting with:

Token Number
Patient Name
Which Doctor
Waiting Time

Call Next Patient
Click "Call Next" to announce the next token number.

Mark as Complete
After patient sees doctor, click ✅ to mark complete.

📅 View Today's Appointments

Check Appointments Tab
See all booked appointments for today.

Filter by Doctor
Click "Dr. Ashok" or "Dr. Sunita" to filter.

Check Patient Arrived
When patient arrives, click "Check In" to add them to queue.

📱 Send Patient Signup Link

When a new patient calls, send them a link to register:

Click "Generate Patient Link"
Found in the Staff Dashboard sidebar.

Enter Patient Details

Patient Name	As they told you
Phone Number	Their mobile number

Get QR Code & Link
A QR code and short link is generated.

Send to Patient
Choose:

📱 SMS - Click "Send SMS" button
💬 WhatsApp - Click "Send WhatsApp"
📄 Print QR - For in-person handout

📲 Patient Scans QR → Fills Form → Arrives Ready!

No more waiting to fill forms at reception.

🚶 Add Walk-in Patient

Click "Add Walk-in"
For patients who arrive without appointment.

Fill Quick Details
Name, Phone, Which Doctor, Reason

Generate Token
Click "Add to Queue" - gives them a token number.

💡 Tip: Give the patient their token number and estimated wait time.

Go to: forms/index.html

Click on form → Click "Print" button → Select printer

Select medicines → Enter quantity → Add to cart → Complete sale

See prescriptions waiting to be printed for patients.

Add Inventory
Click "Add Medicine" to add new stock.

6:30 PM	Confirm tomorrow's appointments via SMS
7:00 PM	Close dashboard, log out

You can enter patient details in Gujarati:

Use Gujarati Keyboard
On phone: Switch to Gujarati keyboard
On computer: Use Google Input Tools

Type Normally
The system accepts Gujarati text in name fields.

💡 Doctors will see it in English, patients can see in Hindi.
