Choose from:

Dr. Ashok Sajnani - For bones, joints, knee pain
Dr. Sunita Sajnani - For women's health, pregnancy

Pick Date & Time
Select a convenient date and time slot. Hospital hours: 11 AM - 7 PM.

Fill Your Details
Enter:

Name	Your full name
Phone	10-digit mobile number
Age	Your age in years
Gender	Male / Female
Reason	Why you want to see the doctor

Submit & Confirm
Click "Book Appointment". You'll see a confirmation message.

You may receive an SMS confirmation on your phone.

👁️ View Your Appointments

Go to Patient Portal
Visit: portal/patient/index.html or click "Check Status" on homepage.

Enter Your Phone Number
Type the same phone number you used when booking.

See Your Appointments
View all your upcoming and past appointments with status:

🟡 Pending - Waiting for confirmation
🟢 Confirmed - You're all set!
✅ Completed - Visit done
🔴 Cancelled - Appointment was cancelled

🔄 Reschedule an Appointment

⚠️ Cannot reschedule online yet. Please call the hospital to change your appointment time.
